I am Sofia, I live in Scotland. I am an artist and writer and cat mom.

I am writing a "fly on the wall" account of my weekly therapy sessions as I recover from a dissociative disorder and complex post traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). I also provide educational material for trauma recovery and a place people can get together to support one another.

I am passionate about creating a supportive community for other people who are also looking to heal from childhood trauma. I provide education on the psychology of recovery and also an in-depth view into my own therapy sessions.
