À propos SobahSistahs
Alcohol-Free Mindset Coach
Hi! Thanks for popping in. My name is Megan and I am the creator of SobahsSistahs. I am a Certified Recovery Coach, Mindset Coach, Health Coach and Alcohol-Free Life Coach.
My goal is to help you live a life free of the chains of alcohol.
At the end of 2020 I had enough with the drinking cycle. My mental health was suffering. I felt no joy in life. I knew something had to change. I finally hopped on a zoom support call and that is when my life changed.
I finally realized I wasn't alone. Other women were suffering in silence just like I was. Once I was able to stop drinking I knew I had to help other women. In October of 2021 I started hosting Sober Support meetings for women.
SobahSistahs has become my purpose and my mission.
Please help to support SobahSistahs The Podcast by donating a coffee.
I personally record, edit and create all of the episodes myself. My goal is to source this out someday in order to record more episodes. Therefore, helping more people.
Love, Megan
