At The University of Manchester, we have developed a Java library, called Beehive SPIR-V Toolkit, for generating SPIR-V binary modules that can be dispatched on supported devices, for example, on GPUs. In this post, I will explain why we developed this library, and how developers can use it to build their own SPIR-V modules from Java.
