I bet you've already read that TANEKO in Nizhnekamsk, the 13th largest refinery in russia, has been struck overnight.
I won't disappoint you if I say, in reality, it's the 5th largest refinery in russia which refined 16,2M tons of oil in 2022. And yeah, it's situated 1200km from the border of Ukraine.
Moreover, there're 2 refineries situated basically in the same facility, refining over 24M tons of oil per year combined, making it #1 oil refining facility in russia.
However, I should also disappoint you just a bit. Looking at the amount of fire the damage to the refinery is minimal. Production will probably be restored in a matter of days, as it was in the case of Ilsky (7 days) & Novoshakhtinsk (2 days) which received similar damage. 
But... Who said we won't repeat?!
