I built PyTogether because existing coding tools were either too expensive or lacked the real-time features students and educators actually need; like whiteboarding, voice chat, and instant private execution.

Currently, I pay for the backend servers, WebSockets, and databases out of my own pocket to keep the project 100% free and ad-free for everyone.
