I built Meena because I wanted a private place to keep my family's photos, not scattered across iCloud, Google Photos, or WhatsApp chats. No subscriptions. No algorithm deciding what you see. Just your memories, yours.

Meena is completely free. Your photos live in your own private GitHub repository, and the app reads them directly from your device. I have no servers, no access to your photos, and no plans to monetise your data "ever".

I built and maintain this solo, nights and weekends, alongside a full-time job in tech. If Meena gives you a quiet place to keep your memories and you want to say thanks, a coffee goes a long way. ☕
