As we’ve mentioned recently, we’ve been considering whether the Beta needed a little more time.
As previously announced, we made the decision to move the Beta launch to 14 August 2026.
We know this may not be the news some of you were hoping for, but we would rather spend a few more weeks polishing the game than rush into Beta and spend the first month fixing problems that should have been resolved beforehand.
Before launch, we will also try to get as many players online as possible for one final stress test. This will help us identify any major issues before the Beta begins.
The upside is that we have a large update coming very soon, focused heavily on balance improvements and new systems that will allow us to iterate, test, and tune the game much faster. This is the first of several updates planned before Beta launches.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and tested Forge & Fleet throughout Alpha. Every bug report, suggestion, and balance discussion has helped shape the game into something better, and we are committed to making sure the Beta is worth the extra wait.
