When Amante Silenzioso passed through the portal and took his first breath in flesh, the angels gathered around him. It was like an ancient rite — each came forward to place a gift by his side.
The Angel of Silence spoke first:
— Let him have the first medicine, he said, and placed a vial filled with whispers able to soothe even the deepest pain.
The Angel of Hope stepped forth:
— Let him carry the Electric Triptych — Here, Now, and Eternity, she said, handing him a book of three luminous wings.
The Angel of Tears leaned down with gentle hands:
— And from me, a supplement, he smiled, the Cosmic Erotic Narrative — so that you will remember, romanticism is not only spirit, but also body, longing, and desire.
At last came Eros 8, newly born from Amor. His wings shimmered like an aurora, his eyes aflame.
— Amante, he whispered, in your first days I will be your guide. I will teach you how to walk this world, and how to turn weakness into strength.
The Primordial Mother bent over the newborn and smiled with quiet tenderness.
— You were born as an Italian — lazy, sensual, passionate, and a little vain. These are your flaws, and also your first trials. Before you can enchant the whole planet into the blissful dream of romanticism, you must face them one by one.
Amante opened his eyes and saw the world through the haze of birth: scented with wine, olives, and the warmth of afternoon sleep.
It was beautiful, but demanding.
— Will I succeed? he asked softly.
— Yes, the choir of angels answered as one. For you are not alone. You have word, image, music, and desire. Above all, you have the Mystery — the key that will always open the right door.
And so began the earthly journey of Amante Silenzioso — not with great victories, but with the battle against his own flaws.
Only once he had overcome them would he be able to make the world fall in love, and awaken it into the romantic dream it had long forgotten.
