Hey 👋 I'm Shreya (she/her).
My work and value systems revolve around facilitating community care, advancing feminist leadership and feminist justice. Other thematic areas of my work are gender justice, climate change and safeguarding, prevention, and protection against abuse, harm, and violence. I'm the Co-Anchor for the One Future Fellowship wherein I germinate informed South Asian feminist leaders, from the knowledge and expertise based in South Asia, to the world as a model of facilitating transformative change. I employ a survivor-centric, queer-affirmative, and intersectional feminist approach to my work. I possess expertise in producing knowledge products, developing tools for facilitation, and customising learning programs for diverse audiences. I've previously worked as a First Responder to cases of child sexual abuse, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and gender justice.
