Just-Today was created from lived experience, not theory.
For years, I struggled with addiction and relied on the support of others to find my way forward. When I wrote Lost in London: A Journey from Insanity to Acceptance, I believed it was my story—but I quickly learned it was about us. The response showed me the power of shared experience and community in recovery.
That realization led to the creation of Just-Today and the decision to donate a portion of book proceeds to recovery organizations such as The Herren Foundation, Angels Against Addiction, and The Caron Foundation.
Book sales alone make it difficult to sustain this work. Your support helps fund donations, outreach, podcasts, and the continued sharing of recovery messages that offer hope and connection.
Just-Today is not just a brand—it’s a community built on connection.
Recovery happens together.
Just for today, that’s enough.
Thank you for believing in this mission and for being part of the journey.
