About Shona Darling Daly
writing about depression, anxiety, & recovery from an eating disorder.
Hiya! I write about my own lifelong journey with depression and anxiety, and my personal recovery from a 15 year fight with anorexia and bulimia. I write to help others, to build awareness and understanding, and to untangle my own thoughts. Writing is my therapy. Lessons I have learnt and the introspection I have gained, need to be shared.
I am currently writing a book alongside my blog.
If you appreciate, enjoy or find my writing helpful, any kind contributions will be so very much appreciated. Thank you. x
