Call me Shoaib !!!

Test automation was the last decade. Intelligent, agentic, AI-native Quality Engineering is the next. I'm not waiting for that future — I'm building it, one AI agent and MCP ecosystem at a time.

I bring 10+ years of experience driving automation, performance engineering, and quality transformation across enterprise and BFSI platforms. I have led and scaled SDET teams of up to 10 engineers, driven automation coverage from 25% to 80%, and reduced regression cycle time by 44% through parallel execution across distributed servers and VMs — delivering measurable impact in release velocity, risk reduction, and automation maturity.

My work spans large-scale banking and financial systems including AML and CKYC platforms, where quality, scalability, and risk reduction aren't optional — they're critical.

⚙️ What I Build & Lead

🏗️ Automation Architecture — Playwright (.NET), Selenium WebDriver, C#

⚙️ CI/CD Integration — Azure DevOps pipelines end-to-end

📊 Performance Engineering — JMeter-based load & stress testing

🔌 API Testing — REST-based validation and contract testing

🤖 AI & GenAI for QA — AI-assisted automation, intelligent test design, agentic QA workflows

👥 Team Leadership — Hiring, Mentoring SDETs, building high-performance QA teams

📋 Test Strategy — Risk-based planning, delivery governance, Agile QE

🤖 Where I'm Pushing the Boundaries of QE:

This is where most QE leaders stop. I don't.

I am actively building at the intersection of AI and Quality Engineering — going well beyond AI-assisted test generation

✔ AI-driven testing (AI as an Assistance)

✔ GenAI-assisted automation

✔ MCP ecosystems

✔ AI agents for QA

✔ Intelligent framework design

✔ Modern SDET leadership

🌱 Beyond Delivery:

The best QE leaders don't just manage test cycles — they elevate the craft. I mentor SDETs, enable teams to adopt modern engineering practices, and contribute to the testing community through knowledge sharing and thought leadership around the future of software quality.
