Making the systems failing women impossible to ignore.
Hi, I'm Hailey Jewel!
I created She Knows Systems™ after years of living and working inside the systems I now write and speak about — as a licensed paramedic, a public health practitioner, a survivor, and a Wisconsin woman who learned the hard way that what looks like personal failure is often a systems problem nobody bothered to explain.
She Knows Systems™ exists for women and gender-diverse people who know something bigger than them is going on — and who are done blaming themselves for it.
Through public health storytelling, feminist systems analysis, and real conversations about the systems shaping our lives — from domestic violence and law enforcement to healthcare, religion, economics, and everything in between — this work helps women see the patterns, name what's happening, and move through the world with more clarity, power, and a lot less self-blame.
We start in Wisconsin and connect to everywhere.
If this work has helped you feel less alone, less confused, or more clear about what you're actually up against — your support here keeps it going and keeps it free for the women who need it most.
And if you haven't lived this personally but you believe that women deserve access to honest, evidence-based public health storytelling that takes their lives seriously — your support matters just as much. Every contribution funds the research, the conversations, and the infrastructure that makes this work possible and keeps it accessible to every woman who needs it, regardless of what she can pay.
Every coffee fuels a woman getting the map she deserved all along. Thank you for meeting me here!
