BoxBoxd is the social app for racing fans by a racing fan.

Hi, I’m the creator of boxboxd, the app where motorsport fans can connect and rate the races. It is currently live on web, App Store and available soon on Play Store.

- Mission

The mission of boxboxd is simple: keep the app free and ad-free.

I can’t stand intrusive ads and I don’t want them anywhere near boxboxd. The goal is to build an enjoyable space for fans without compromising the experience.

- Reality

Right now, I’m building and funding boxboxd by myself : the hosting, the development, the design, all of it. I've casually exceeded the hosting free by 8.5M reads on launch and didn't expect the app to go as viral (but I'm really grateful for it, and for each and every single one of you!).

Adding more features/series means more data, more infrastructure and a lot more capacity. I’m actively exploring the best way to scale responsibly so the app can grow without sacrificing performance or quality.
