it's been a while since i've updated you all about our lineage space within @thebroomradio. i'm currently writing this from addis ababa, ethiopia, where my travels have taken me.
for almost a year now, i've been hosting monthly book clubs, and it's been a genuine pleasure. after thoughtful conversations with many of you, we're moving toward something more fluid and collaborative.
do you have texts from your own traditions and lineages that you'd love to explore with others?
are you interested in diving into readings with curious, open-minded folks?
we want to hear your voice and create space for your interests.

here's how the new approach will work: let's say i want to read "the descent of inanna" as an example. first, i'll record myself reading the text. this recording will live on @thebroomradio podcast and buymeacoffee for everyone to access at their own pace. as people listen and sit with the text, questions and insights naturally emerge. when there's enough interest, we'll gather in the discord space (aptly named the moon channel) for a deeper discussion - sharing our perspectives, making connections, and exploring the text together. this cycle can repeat as often as needed, with different texts and different voices leading the way.
this gentle structure will hopefully create room for organic growth, allowing #shariaway lineage space to develop naturally through member contributions and interests ~
