Buy Shannon Mick a coffee

My overall goal is to increase mental health awareness, the availability of free resources, and the access to services. If you value my free mental health content it would mean a lot to me if you would like, share, or Buy Me a Coffee. This helps people find my free content and allows me to continue providing free content. The second thing that your donation supports is my dream of completing Badwater 135, which is a goal that I have been working towards since I became an ultramarathon runner in 2016. Well... not JUST Badwater 135, but the Badwater Cup. The Badwater Cup is earned by finishing Cape Fear (held in March), Salton Sea (April), and 135 (July), all in the same year! I have spent years chipping away at this massive goal and it is now within reach. I am shooting to apply in 2026 or 2027. Thank you for your support!
