I discovered Aphantasia at the age of 59 and I was shocked. Now I am trying to work out how to improve my life with this knowledge. Your podcasts and specific questions have really opened my eyes to how others experiences things. I hope to use this knowledge to improve communication with others. (So far 5 out of 95 people at work have Aphantasia.)
