There’s no shortage of places to go in NYC, but there is a shortage of spaces where you can walk in not knowing anyone, actually talk to the person next to you, make a new friend, meet someone Jewish, and leave feeling more connected to your community. Insert ShabbUES: curating intentional social events that makes the city feel just a little bit smaller. Not just getting people in the same room, but creating the kind of room where real relationships can actually happen.

As a community led initiative without overhead funding, our events are priced to match total costs. In hopes of ensuring cost is never a barrier for young professionals, we are always accepting donations/sponsorships to help subsidize costs! Interested in supporting ShabbUES in a different way?
