Hi there!
I am happy to announce the launch of Rekall - a tool I've been working on since 2021.
Rekall is a Chrome extension that helps you manage tabs and bookmarks, organizing them into different contexts of your work so that you could easily switch between projects and start exactly from where you left it before.
Since I built the very first working version for myself, I can't imagine working without it. I use it for my work, for my pet projects, and for my regular day-to-day browsing.
The tool is available in two packages:
Rekall Light - a completely free version that does not collect any information about you and does not store anything on the server.
Rekall Cloud (now in closed beta testing) - the same tool extended with "cloud saves". Your contexts - tabs sessions and bookmarks - are stored on a server and accessible from any computer you have the extension installed on.
Since the Cloud version requires paid back-end services, the access is now only available by invite. Please try the Light first and if it works well for you - reach out to me to request access to the Cloud version.
And, yes, don't forget to buy me a coffee!
