Acerca de Nausheen | The Self Worth Edit
a podcast promoting personal growth conversations for South Asians
Hi, I’m Nausheen! I’m a Pakistani American woman, born and raised in and around Chicago.
I created The Self Worth Edit as my contribution toward bringing topics like mental health, spirituality, self love and personal growth more prominently into desi communities. On the podcast, I share insightful interviews with various experts as well as solo episodes covering my own lessons learned.
While The Self Worth Edit was specifically created with fellow South Asian women in mind, the community is not exclusive of those who do not identify as such.
