How False Allegations and Gender Imbalance Fuel Parental Alienation in Norway

In the courtroom of Asker and Bærum District Court on January 7, 2026, the judge asked Nina Bergrem under oath if she could restore contact between me and our children. “Yes I can,” she said.
That oath hangs in the air. But the restraining order she filed—claiming I arrived unannounced—still blocks me, even though the verdict said it should not affect the children. This is the hook: a system where sworn words evaporate, false allegations weaponize law, and a father fights for visibility the longer Norway’s “beauty” reveals its dark underbelly.
This is not coincidence. It is systematic—a product of hidden influences through propaganda, medicine, and conditioned life that harden women to overreach, erode father figures, and fuel generational harm. I used my life’s blueprint to mend from it. You can too.
The Timeline: False Allegations and a Court’s Empty Promise
December 2025: I arrived in Norway for my daughter’s 6th birthday. I spoke to the children over FaceTime, letting them know I was coming. I announced it online, where my ex-wife’s family watches.
Days later: Restraining order filed. Claims: unannounced arrival, threats. Evidence I provided: GPS tracks showing arrival as agreed, text threads, recordings. Mediation: blank certificate, no notes, no rulings.
January 7, 2026 hearing: Order maintained but reduced in time, effective until February 9, 2026. Key: “The visitation ban does not apply to joint children, and does not prevent any visitation with joint children.” The judge pointed out that it should not affect contact with the children. Under oath, she said “Yes I can” to providing communication.
Yet, police and child services will not look at my documentation. They prioritize her word over evidence. My children: one with white-stress hair, another constantly sick from harsh weather. They are around a convicted predator.
Narcissistic Abuse and Alienation: Echoes in the Kids
This is recovering from narcissistic abuse. My ex-wife used gaslighting, false allegations, and the legal system to isolate me. The same tactics now affect our children: restricted contact, claims I’m unfit despite my healing.
Psychology: narcissistic parents use denigration, sabotage, projection (Journal of Personality Disorders, 2019). Here: restricted contact, emotional manipulation.
Intergenerational: absent fathers breed instability—depression, reduced involvement (Child Development, Pougnet et al., 2012). My kids’ fading confidence, overcompensation—classic alienation signs (Frontiers in Psychology, Yehuda & Lehrner, 2018). ACEs study: trauma doubles adult mental health risks (American Journal of Preventive Medicine, Felitti et al., 1998).
Hague Convention: Wrongful Retention vs. Norway
Filed with U.S. State Department for Hague Convention return under Article 12: wrongful retention. Children born in California, habitual residence USA, legally owed return. Evidence: agreements, GPS, recordings admitting “I don’t want them to like Dad.”
Norway ignores, violating obligations. ECHR has ruled against Norway in family cases for failing reunification (Strand Lobben v. Norway, 2019; Jansen v. Norway, 2018).
Gender Imbalance: Feminism’s Power Shift
Norway’s police: 51% female, academies 58% (Wikipedia, 2025). Courts favor mothers in 80%+ custody cases (Bufdir data). False allegations thrive without repercussions. ECHR blasts Norway for silencing parents (Abdi Ibrahim v. Norway, 2021).
Historical: Female PMs like Gro Harlem Brundtland (1981-96) advanced women’s representation, tied to WHO. Erna Solberg (2013-2021) secured re-election. Feminism shifted power, but created imbalance: hardened women overreach, conditioned to believe less rights yet wield more (MannsForum forums). Result: poor fathers create unstable families (Child Development, Pougnet et al., 2012).
Hidden Influences: Propaganda, Medicine, Life
Systematic: feminism as propaganda hardens roles, medicine pathologizes normal (ADHD overdiagnosis), life conditions obedience. WHO ties push narratives. Longer in Norway, dark emerges: “following orders” over truth, alienating fathers, generational harm.
