Learn (re-learn) something every time
Out doing some range testing with a pair of T-Echos. Both with the stock stubby antennas and a random antenna I found on Amazon. The Amazon special seems to work a bit better. But it's nothing I have enough trust in to recommend and provide a link.
But the take away from this video for me was: just because you didn't get an acknowledgment, it doesn't mean your message didn't get through. I may have already knew that about Meshtastic and forgot, or I learned it on this outing. Either way, it's a lesson that will stick with me now.
It's good to know I am getting more more of a range than I previously thought.
