Hi, I'm Scott — a maths teacher and Head of Learning Area in Perth, Western Australia. I built Numly because I wanted my students to have interactive maths lessons that match the Australian and WA curriculum, built around rich questions that encourage students to work by hand in their books to solve — because that's where the real learning happens.

Numly is free to use and I'd like to keep it that way. I build and maintain it myself outside school hours, and there are real costs behind it — hosting, tools, and a lot of late nights.
