Teachers often see exceptional talent and potential in their students, and our class was no exception. The Young Author Project was started by 8 superstar students and 1 busy teacher in 2023 with the goal of writing and publishing an original novel.

The Young Author Project works with families to give students a unique opportunity to become published authors and illustrators before finishing high school. They learn the value of hard work and dedication to make your dreams come true. Funds collected from this page will go toward the purchase of ISBNs and barcodes for future projects, copyright applications, publishing and marketing costs, the time and talent of the students and their families, lunches and celebrations provided to students during our Summer meetings, and more. There are also times when students really need to be involved in a positive activity for one reason or another, so in supporting this project, you are doing much more than you realize.  Thanks so much for your support!
