Soutenir Nia | Savage Mindset Era

Hi, I’m Nia 🤍

I’m the author and creator behind Savage Mindset Era, a space for grief, healing, and finding your way back to yourself.

I write about the things people often carry quietly: loss, heartbreak, self-worth, and the slow, messy work of healing. My books, journals, and workbooks are made for the days that feel heavy, and for anyone who needs a gentle place to put what they’re holding.

If my words have helped you in some way, thank you for being here. Your support helps me keep creating free content and making more resources for this community.

You’re not alone in this.
