About Sauce Day NJ
We're not a business. We're just a family in New Jersey that loves keeping our Italian-American Sauce Day tradition alive.
What started as sharing photos with friends has grown into a community of thousands of people who are preserving old family recipes, creating new traditions, and gathering around the table one jar at a time.
Everything we share comes from our own experience making hundreds of jars of sauce each year. We aren't professional chefs or food scientists. We're simply sharing what has worked for our family in hopes that it helps yours.
