3/4 cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 package Garlic Seasoning(comes with the biscuit mix)
Preheat oven 425℉ and place parchment or grease on a sheet pan. In a mixing bowl combine biscuit mix, cheddar, and buttermilk. Do not overmix. Mix just enough to combine all the ingredients. Spoon 1/4 cup of dough onto baking sheet until all the dough is used. Makes about 8-10 biscuits. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Brush butter over the biscuits while still hot. Bon Appetit.
