Many goal-focused people mistake being busy for progress, but growth requires space for rest. If you're running so fast you can’t catch your breath, it's not a badge of honor—it's a sign you might be burning out.
In this update, I’m sharing a lesson from my yoga practice that has changed how I audit my capacity: using the breath as a signal. When you can no longer complete that breath, you’ve reached your edge.
Checking in with yourself regularly is a core part of my system for creating change and reducing burnout. By using these physical and mental cues to find your growth edge, you create a practice that allows for more balance and flow.
Thank you for supporting my work and being part of this journey with me.
