π¬ FrameTrellis v1.3.0 β A More Reliable Open-Source Video Editor!
I'm excited to share that FrameTrellis v1.3.0 has officially been released as a stable version on GitHub!
FrameTrellis is my free, open-source, local-first desktop video editor, built with C++20, Qt 6, MLT, and FFmpeg.
This release brings several important improvements:
β Safer project and media handling
β Searchable media bin
β Precise timecode navigation
β Improved export protection and diagnostics
β Better documentation and automated testing
One of my main goals with FrameTrellis is to create desktop editing software that respects users' privacy while offering dependable, precise editing tools.
Every release involves engineering, testing, bug fixes, documentation, and continuous improvements.
