Personal Assistance Startup Hulp Secures $2.6 Million in Seed Funding to Scale Its AI-Powered Concierge Platform
Delhi-NCR based personal assistance and concierge platform Hulp has raised $2.6 million, around Rs 25 crore, in a seed funding round co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors including PB Fintech co-founder and chairman Yashish Dahiya.
Here's the problem Hulp is actually solving. Urban households today are drowning in small but constant tasks, booking appointments, coordinating home services, managing schedules, handling paperwork, arranging classes for kids, or just keeping up with everyday errands. Hulp positions itself as a hybrid concierge service that combines AI-powered task orchestration with real human personal assistants, letting users delegate daily, weekly, monthly or one-time responsibilities across more than 15 categories, all through WhatsApp or a dedicated app.
The founder story adds real credibility here. Hulp was founded in April 2026 by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal and Vishal Singh Khutel. Mathur previously co-founded and served as Chief Business Officer at PolicyBazaar, giving him direct experience scaling a consumer-facing platform in India before building this one. The company currently operates with a 50-member team across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
The fresh capital has a clear roadmap. Hulp plans to expand its AI-driven workflows across lifestyle, household and operational management, strengthen its senior leadership team, and invest further in its technology and product capabilities, while extending its service footprint beyond Delhi-NCR to additional cities.
The reality check worth flagging: this is a genuinely hard business to scale. Unlike purely automated software, Hulp's model depends on constant human quality control alongside AI, which means unit economics, keeping service costs low while maintaining reliability, will be the real test as the company grows. The concierge and hyperlocal services space is also competitive, and Hulp will need to prove its AI-plus-human blend offers something both chatbots and traditional service providers can't match.
From managing daily chores to handling government paperwork, Hulp's bet is that urban India is ready to pay for time back, not just convenience.
