AI Health Coaching Platform Disha, Formerly Curelink, Raises Rs 43.88 Crore Series A Led by General Catalyst

Disha, formerly known as Curelink, an AI-powered health coaching platform offering personalised diet, fitness and chronic-care support, has raised Rs 43.88 crore in a Series A round led by General Catalyst, with participation from existing investor Elevation Capital and Flamel Performing Creatives Private Limited.

imageHere's how the round is structured. According to regulatory filings, Disha's board approved the issuance of 12,309 Series A CCPS at an issue price of Rs 35,643.64 per share. General Catalyst led with Rs 38.20 crore, Elevation Capital added Rs 5.20 crore, and Flamel Performing Creatives contributed Rs 48 lakh. Post-round, General Catalyst holds 13.33%, Elevation Capital holds 9.96%, and the ESOP pool stands at 9.02%. The company's post-money valuation jumped 52% to around Rs 288 crore, up from Rs 190 crore in its previous round, a $3.5 million raise led by Elevation Capital and Venture Highway.

Here's what Disha actually does. Built on Curelink's clinical experience and health data, the platform supports users managing 15 different health conditions through personalised coaching in Hindi, English and Hinglish, essentially pairing AI with real health expertise to guide people through diet, fitness and chronic-care journeys. The traction numbers are genuinely substantial, Disha has crossed 70 lakh sign-ups, counts around 3 lakh active users, and has exchanged more than 1.4 crore messages on its platform.

The financials tell a growth story too. Revenue doubled to Rs 4.91 crore in FY25, up from Rs 2.47 crore in FY24, while losses narrowed 22.5% to Rs 4.45 crore from Rs 5.74 crore in the same period, showing the company is scaling users and revenue while actually tightening its burn, a combination investors clearly want to see more of.

The founder story and backer list add credibility too. Curelink was founded in 2021 by Aman Singla and Divyansh Jain, and the company's angel investor roster includes Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma and ShareChat co-founder Ankush Sachdeva, names that reflect real conviction from India's own internet-founder community.

The fresh capital will go toward working capital, deepening AI model development, and expanding both operations and the technology platform itself. As India's digital health coaching space heats up, with repeat engagement and subscription conversion being the next real test, Disha's 52% valuation jump signals investors are betting AI-led personal health guidance is just getting started.
