Much like on my Patreon, i'm going to have this be a pinned post for all to see. This podcast has a mission and with your support I can devote more time and effort into this passion project of mine. Unlike my Patreon, this page only serves as a tip jar, a little "thank you" for those who wish. This podcast exists because from a young age I have always been drawn to the Passion of Christ (not the movie.) Everything I make, this podcast, the Etsy prints, and videos comes out of the love I have experienced, on a deep, soul piercing level. I want to invite others into that too.
I made a decision early on, after wrestling with the idea of the Etsy store, podcast, videos, really just making content in general, that if I were to do this it would never be pay walled and AI would never touch a thing that I do. If you want to go deeper into mysticism, contemplative faith, or just hear someone yapping away about what it means to follow Christ according to this beautiful tradition, that door will always stay open. Full stop. if you want to spend the money its because you want to. Not because you need to.
Running this costs time and money (duh.) All the recording gear, possibly hosting others on the podcast, hours I could be spending elsewhere. if something i've said or done has ever sat with you, made you think, moved you, or just kept you company during a difficult day, week, month, or year, a coffee helps me keep doing this the way I want to (really the way the Holy Spirit keeps pestering me too) free, human, and unhurried.
