building replay.doctor, which finds where your prompt cache broke
I build software in Tokyo at Red Robot K.K. Most of my time goes to replay.doctor, a free tool that reads the transcripts your coding agent already keeps on disk and names the turn the provider re-read everything at write prices. Every figure it prints carries its population and its date, and it refuses to print one it has not measured. It runs on your machine: no account, no key, no network call, and nothing is uploaded. The source is on GitHub under a licence that converts to Apache 2.0 in 2029. It found 5% of my own bill re-billed by broken caches before it found anyone else's. If it finds something on yours that you had already paid for once, a share of that back is what keeps it maintained.
