Acerca de Your Social Anxiety Bestie
a podcast and community that helps us come out of our shells :)
Your Social Anxiety Bestie is a podcast and community of friends that shares the truth about what it’s like to live with social anxiety and celebrates the messy courage it takes to show up scared in the world.
*
Whether you consider yourself shy, introverted, socially anxious, socially awkward, or your own special mix of some or all of the above, you are welcome here.
*
I’m Sadie, and over the past several years I’ve gone from severely socially anxious to offering peer coaching and a peer support community to help others give themselves permission to show up scared and imperfect in their lives.
*
Social anxiety thrives on avoidance, and when we show up, even before we feel ready, we start taking back our power.
*
But you don’t have to do it alone. And that’s what this community is all about it.
*
My goal is to show you that you aren’t alone, that it’s not just you, and that it can get easier to just be yourself in the world.
*
Thank you for considering contributing to the podcast and community. I deeply appreciate your support :)
