Hey fabulous friends, fam, and new people seeing me for the first time, it's official: I've hit the big 5-0 and decided to celebrate in style with what I call the "50 Tour" – a global adventure to rediscover the wonders of life, love, and maybe a little too much seaweed snacks!

Picture this: I've got a suitcase full of dreams, a passport screaming for stamps, and a map that looks more confused than I do on Mondays. As I embrace this milestone, 2024 is not just another year; it's the year of ME. Call it a sabbatical, call it a mid-life crisis - whatever it is, it involves a lot of exploring and even more napping.

Now, about this "Buy Me a Book" initiative – because let's face it, while I might be exploring the world, my suitcase can't carry all the books I want to devour. Your gracious contributions will ensure my journey is filled with literary AUDIBLE companions that make every stop on the 50 Tour unforgettable.

This isn't just a trip; it's a chance for me to hit the reset button, to dance awkwardly in foreign streets, and to try and order food without looking like a lost tourist. It's about embracing the unknown with open arms, and maybe a redhead or two.

Your support means the world to me, quite literally. Whether you're tossing in some bucks, or just cheering me on from the comfort of your favorite couch, know that you're a part of this adventure. Your generosity will be used to fund my sabbatical – because, let's be honest, "Eat, Pray, Love" vibes are so last decade, and "Read, Laugh, Nap" is the new mantra.

So, let's make 2024-2025 unforgettable together! Help this fifty-year-old embark on the 50 Tour armed with books, laughs, and big luggage full of dreams. I promise to share tales of my mischief, cultural mishaps, and probably some questionable food choices. Thanks for being my co-pilot on this journey – because life is too short not to laugh, and explore.
