Move over Princess Bride...

... and make room for Princess Boy! It’s a book being read in elementary schools these days.  In this case a private “progressive” institution, “allegedly.” (See quote below that was shared on Candace Owen's Podcast channel.)

A friend of mine went to visit an elementary school called Foote School in Connecticut. This is the book they were reading to a kindergarten classroom. Unreal. We are truly facing a crisis of masculinity in this country and it is ever so intentional. Best part of this is that when she inquired about why this book was being read to Kindergarteners, they told her that they were a “progressive school” and if she had any issues with it then she need not apply. Obviously, any parents who pays a hefty tuition to send their child to such a school is perfectly fine with it and therefore, so should we. I'd simply like to point out how I can’t understand for the life of me, how these ideologies would truly benefit our society as whole.

If you want men to be soft and the women to be strong, all you’re really doing is reversing our roles.  But social justice warriors want us to believe this trading of places is somehow reinventing the wheel.

Do I grasp the reality that there will always be men who will have feminine characteristics, as well as women with masculine ones? Of course I do! We all have different sides of our personalities that we lean on when necessary and/or appropriate.  None of which should make a person truly believe they were born in the wrong body or are able to actually change their gender for the opposite sex.

And I find it funny that women would ever be expected to compete or be on par with men when only we can bear the children. As if this fact alone doesn’t require the utmost strength from any human being.  The toughest men in the world will tell you without hesitation that they couldn't imagine, even for a moment, what this feels like.  Nor are they interested in the least bit, in experiencing for themselves, the slightest contraction, that at first are spread apart offering a bit of mercy. That is until they've reached the point of no return. Pressure and pain, increasing in frequency and intensity, rumbling through your entire body like a freight train that’s about to run you over that you can't escape from.

Which reminds me.  I remember telling a close friend how scared I was of labor.  In fact, giving birth was one of my biggest fears. It’s all fun and games when everyone is patting your baby bump.  Because for the most part, it’s still just you.  I told myself there’s no turning back now, eventually I have to push this baby out of my body and I was frigthened beyond belief.  I didn’t think I could even carry a child much less deliver one.  My friend said she had no doubt that I’d rise to the occasion, but the truth is, did I really have a choice?

I think it’s such an incredibly sad state of affairs when you hear anyone say that when a baby is born, we cannot assume their sex because our biology means nothing.  I knew from the sonogram I would be having a baby boy and no matter how he chooses to identify later in life, he will still be a fully grown male someday.

But trans activists keep telling us all that matters is how we feel. But if that were true, hormones and surgery, otherwise known as “gender affirming care” wouldn’t be necessary and we'd all just consider ourselves to be nonbinary gender-neutral beings by design. Except, not at all.
