Message from Anna - your Russian Language PROfessor

Hi! I’m a university professor who’s passionate about making Russian language and culture more accessible to learners everywhere. On my channels, I share the kinds of lessons and insights my students get in class—clear explanations of grammar, practical vocabulary, cultural context, and useful tips for learning Russian.

I create these resources outside my day job because I believe everyone deserves the chance to learn Russian in a way that makes sense. And to be honest -it's my hobby. In the past, whenever someone'd ask me "Anna, what's your hobby?" I'd say "I don't have time for hobbies". And then one day I realized that all this work that I do outside of my direct work responsibilities is actually my hobby. The one I love and the one that gives me a powerful creative outlet.

If you’ve found my content helpful or inspiring, and you’d like to support the time, effort (and -let's be honest - my coffee habit) that goes into making it all—this is a great way to do that.

Your support helps me keep creating and growing this project. Thank you!

Note: If you're currently ONE OF MY ENROLLED, this request isn’t for you—just keep showing up and learning, that’s more than enough. 🙂 And you will get all materials as hard copies in class.
