Hey 👋 friends!

My mission is to “LEAVE OTHERS BETTER THAN I FIND THEM!”

How I am showing up in the world to make this happen is to use my many years of Leadership & Development experience and Education to help others BEGIN, DEVELOP, & ENJOY a life of Achieved Goals, Productivity, and Legacy stories that they can be proud of!

I started "THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY" as an entry level foundation to help others begin the habit of strategically consuming media content that makes a difference rather than just entertains, while also helping them build a network of likeminded and encouraging individuals where ideas can be explored, shared, tried, and revised without shame or criticism.

As a Zig Ziglar fan I have put a lot of time into understanding the concepts of the LIFE WHEEL and have experienced the clarity of purpose and the NEXT RIGHT STEPS that can take place when you take this exercise seriously.

I have been and still am developing a PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN or ROADMAP that I have also referred to as a LEGACY PLAN. When completed, this PLAN is a roadmap for every major area of one's life and is then available for quarterly review and revision as you grow and change as a person.

One on One coaching is available for all the things that come up on this kind of SELF IMPROVEMENT journey and can focus on as many different topics as needed. Maybe you need to find a way to be more productive, or maybe you have never really understood the process for making S.M.A.R.T. goals. Maybe you will be attending your first networking event and need to work through your style and technique for building relationships and sharing what you do in the best way possible. Whatever the challenge, an hour of coaching can boost your progress tremendously.

Here is a little more about my Mindset:

My VISION is “A world where dysfunction doesn’t mean disqualified and anyone who continues to take the next right step regardless of fear, doubt, circumstances, labels, or C.R.A.P. (Criticism, Rejection, A’holes, Pressure) can have a great life of meaning and significance.” I call this the LIVING WELL, LEADING WELL & LEAVING WELL life journey.

My METHOD is simply to CREATE VALUE & CHANGE LIVES through HOPE, ENCOURAGEMENT, CLARITY, DIRECTION, & CONTENT that is UNDERSTANDABLE, DOABLE, & MOVES THE NEEDLE of your goals FORWARD!.

My HOPE: To be useful. To be helpful. To have a small positive part in your legacy.

My PLAN: To build a membership and coaching community here where I give you as much as I can through my various passions and interests; to answer your questions with any knowledge/wisdom that I may have garnered through many years of education and experiences; to encourage, coach, and mentor you beyond any obstacle in the path of your goals and dreams; to earn your friendship, your trust, & your support.

...and hopefully this can all be done while enjoying a great cup of coffee!
