I am a writer, walker and cyclist from Harrisonburg, VA. I specialize in travel planning and advice for pilgrims, slow travelers and older adults who want to do active travel. I am an author of three books about pilgrimage, I lead pilgrim groups in Italy, Portugal and Spain and I am a cycling guide for Senior Cycling. I teach classes about travel for older adults, plan overseas travel itineraries and give advice to travelers.
