Відомості RuishiNOR
Hi! I'm Ruishi [rushi]. I write about mental health, team science, gratitude, the necessity of discomfort, and the growth found in struggle. While looking for employment, I write articles, design and develop custom projects within graphic design, branding, and app development. Interested in anything specific, feel free to give me a nudge. I'm not hard to work with.
The Philosophy of Struggle and Discomfort
For over a decade, I have intentionally sought out difficult experiences to either find belonging or to understand what the human mind and body are capable of when comfort is stripped away. I have rucked hundreds of miles through sand and surf, cities and countryside, survived in the wilderness with no gear, and pushed through physical injury to find the "Final-Last-Grain-Of-Willpower". My philosophy is simple: I do it because I learn.
Building the Tribe
Today, I lead a non-profit social fitness community using rucking and shared hardship to combat isolation and loneliness. I have done the research and I believe shared adversity is a hidden training ground that builds trust and cohesion more effectively than positive rewards. Perspective is found in struggle; here, human value is measured by honest effort, not raw capacity.
