Acerca de Roxy's Ride & Inspire
a full-time MTB-Coach + Mental Trainer aspiring to inspire!
...by buying me a coffee you support my ads-free podcast and enable me to keep my YouTube & Instagram Content ads-poor - which will in turn save your most precious asset: time!
And - you'll make me perform a "happy dance" - because I LOVE coffee ☕️ 💗
I'm a full-time skills coach, mental trainer and psychological counsellor using the socials to share pro coaching cues, to make riding safer and to enable riders of all ages to LEARN skills faster. I share these on:
- - YouTube: Roxy’s Ride and Inspire,
- - my MTB + Mindset Podcast: Ride & Inspire RAW-Cast
- - Patreon: Ride & Inspire (where you can get access to exlusive content and support me on a regular basis) and
- - Instagram: roxybike_coaching
... because I aspire to inspire (before I expire)!
