This week’s life update is a little different because I’m actually writing this from the airport, waiting for my flight home after being in Germany for our company convention… and to be honest, I’m still processing it all.
We arrived Thursday evening ready to kick things off on Friday with the Elevate Women’s event with Zinrai and wow… I don’t even know where to start.
Being in a room full of women - leaders, educators, mums, women all working towards building a better life was just incredible.
Trading can feel so male-dominated most of the time, so to have a space like this, just for us, felt really special.

✨ Moments That Stayed With Me
We heard from some amazing speakers, but two that really stood out to me were Kaitlyn Brown and Dr Tori Butler.
Dr Tori Butler honestly hit me in a way I didn’t expect.
She’s a mum of 6 children… six.
And here I am sometimes doubting myself trying to build this life as a single mum of two.
It really put things into perspective for me. If she can do it… why can’t I?
One thing she said that really stuck with me was:
“As women, we have two natural gifts - intuition and empathy.”
That just felt so powerful.
💭 What I Took From It
Kaitlyn Brown spoke a lot about energy and how important it is to actually look after ourselves -something I know I’ve not always been the best at.
Simple things like:
taking time out to reset
going for a shower to recharge
moving your body
listening to music
But also going deeper into things like:
learning emotional intelligence
not reacting, but responding with wisdom
accepting change and actually getting excited about it
One line that really stayed with me was:
“Success loves renewal.”
And wow… that hit.
She also spoke about “a clean house” - not just physically, but mentally too. Staying organised, letting go of what no longer serves you, and creating space for the next version of yourself.
I’m not going to lie… I got emotional. Like proper emotional.
Because I know deep down this is exactly what I’m working through right now in this whole rebuilding phase of my life.
💖 Real Life Bit
It wasn’t all deep chats and mindset though - there were laughs, connections, and just that feeling of being around people who get it.

Right now I’m sat at the airport, tired but full, ready to go home back to mum life, routines, school runs… but with a completely different energy.
☕ Ending Thoughts
Now it’s time to head home… back to mum life, routines and everything I’m building behind the scenes.
I’m leaving this weekend feeling emotional, motivated and really reminded why I started in the first place.
I’ll share more from the rest of the weekend soon… but for now, I’m just feeling very grateful 🥹
