Dear friend on the interwebz,
Hello.
I am new to this platform, and I was on Ko-fi before (I still am) but have not managed to make anything of my stay there. So, I thought I would try my luck - this side of town, and do something different. Something new.
My name is Roanna, by the way, it is nice to meet you across the screen. How are you doing? How are you coping with the times? 2021 has been especially challenging to say the least. If 2020 taught me that “Time is now” - 2021 is teaching me that “Not a lot of it matters in the grand scheme of things but persist, you must, persevere, you must.” I know, I know, as Eddie, Chandler’s ex-roommate famously said, “Big diff!”
Grateful to be here, though.
Moving on to why I got on here... I hope to share what I create and make with the world. I work independently and I would like to build on my clientele so that work remains constant and steady. I chose to work independently because it suits me, reg my temperaments and it is special to be able to choose my work-hours and decide how I spend my days and time. That is one truth. There are pros and cons to working on your own, of course, and another truth I can offer you is that I have been learning a lot on this journey.
What can you expect? Well, I am not sure, as yet. I like a motley of things, and express myself in many different, sometimes strange ways. My offerings might appeal to you or not, and if you choose to swing by (& then stick around), I hope you find something of value here. If not, that is cool too - it was nice to briefly connect with you and I wish you luck on your journey!
