Roohi Sharma Collective
I run the Roohi Sharma Collective, a School of Life and Livelihood rooted in coaching, inquiry, and community-centred leadership. My work sits at the intersection of personal transformation, social impact, and sustainable livelihood design — with a focus on women and leaders navigating transitions.
My path here began in the aftermath of personal loss. What started as survival slowly became a practice: understanding how people rebuild, how they make meaning, and how they carry wisdom forward. Over the years, I’ve learned that when you create a grounded, non-judgmental space for reflection, people find their own clarity. And when they find clarity, they change their lives, their work, and often, their communities.
This insight fuels my coaching practice, where I’m steadily building towards 500 billable hours. I work with women leaders, founders, and professionals who are ready to re-align their inner life with their outer work — to build lives and livelihoods that feel coherent, courageous, and sustainable.
Alongside coaching, the Roohi Sharma Collective supports small research, micro-philanthropy experiments, and creative civic work. These sit under the same philosophy: enable people to centre themselves, expand their choices, and imagine new possibilities.
If you would like to work with me — as a coaching client, collaborator, or funder — I welcome the conversation.
If you enjoy my creative work, you can also support the Collective by buying me a book or contributing to my ongoing research and writing. I publish poems on Threads, sing on Instagram, and write essays on Substack (links below).
Warmly,
Roohi
