May 12th - South of Market goes over Portage Park, PP lost -5 points but SoM only lost -1 positioning themselves at place 11th!
Also Hansen Dam, Los Ángeles recovers a position to #20 by not loosing any points, but Sherwood Estates, Kansas lost 3 points, giving them their place.
The worse hit was only 6 points, which fortunately is not that bad; Bayswater, Queens was the one that lost the,.
On the positive side, O'Hare, Chicago recovers with amazing 75 points and West Village, Manhattan also gets 45 points more.
Merced Manor, San Francisco also made a nice jump with 18 points!
I've increased the amount of decimals for the 30 day rolling average to 4 so that we can appreciate a bit more how much we are moving, for example, Chelsea's average has decreased from 0.011 back in may 4th, to 0.0074 today!
