Welcome to Episode 4 of Series Two of the Teaching and Learning Strategies in Physical Education and Health (PEH) for Pre-Tertiary Schools in Ghana podcast. In our previous episode, we explored how to design inclusive sports programs that ensure meaningful participation for all learners. Today, we focus on enhancing the academic relevance of PEH through STEAM integration—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.

Integrating PEH with STEM and the Arts creates rich, interdisciplinary learning experiences. It fosters creativity, deepens understanding, and demonstrates the real-world connections between physical activity, health, and academic subjects.
