Hey, I'm Rafael 👋 - a Computer Engineering student at FEUP in Porto, building things in the space between code and caffeine.

By day (and a lot of nights), I'm a software engineer working on data operations, and I run my own freelance IT consultancy on the side. My main passion project is Gasovia, a real-time fuel price comparison app I'm building for Portugal, Spain, and France (and other countries in the near future ;-) ), trying to save drivers money one pump at a time.

When I'm not coding, you'll probably find me on a basketball court - I'm a certified table official and currently training to become a referee.

I share what I build here for free: side projects, experiments, dev write-ups, and the occasional deep dive into whatever rabbit hole I've fallen into that week (Linux customization, networking, you name it).
