Recently I baked some cookies with jam ๐ช๐ฅ

Ingredients:
-150g cold butter
-1 egg
-200g all-purpose flour
-70g powder sugar
-Jam, preserves or any spread of your choice
Combine the butter, egg, flour and powdered sugar in a bowl
Knead into a smooth, elastic dough (soft but not sticky)
Wrap the dough and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Shape the dough into cookies and top or fill with your chosen jam/preserves
Bake at 180ยฐC until the cookies are golden
