About Richard Santich
For nearly 50 years, I've traveled across North America chasing the light — from the trails of Cuyahoga Valley National Park to the canyons of the American Southwest. Inspired by Ansel Adams, I believe the most important part of a photograph isn't the gear — it's making the effort to be there, then stopping to stand and stare before and after the shutter clicks. Every photo here started with that patience. If my work has moved you, your support helps me keep traveling, keep waiting for the light, and keep sharing what I find.
