About Rise and Abide Wellness
Biblical encouragement & Christ-centered fitness for women
Hi! I’m Gina. I help Christian women care for their bodies with a Christ-centered approach to fitness.
Through Rise & Abide Wellness, I offer effective at-home workouts while encouraging biblical thinking about our bodies, food, and exercise. My desire is to help women grow in strength, mobility, and a sound mind so they are better equipped for daily life, service, and recreation.
I also share free encouragement and resources through YouTube, my podcast, and my Facebook group. My goal is to make sound, effective fitness training accessible and affordable for women.
If this work has encouraged you and you'd like to support it, I’m truly grateful. Thank you for being here.
